Never Never Never use any insurance that is run by this insurance management company. ATTENTION INSURANCE PROVIDERS (BCBS): If you use this company to represent you in anyway then please DO NOT do that, they will do an extremely poor job at representing you, give you a very bad name, and will make you lose your clients. ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: If you are considering offering any health insurance then please do not consider this company. You will end up with very very unhappy employees. ATTENTION CONSUMERS: If you can help it then please pick an insurance company which doesn't use this business. You will end up being very unhappy with your insurance, denied legitimate coverage (they keep the profit if they don't make you the payments). This is the worst insurance I provider I have ever had to deal with. I have Carefirst Administrator which I recently found out is being managed by this company due to their name finally showing up in the CF Administrator site url. Which finally explains the extremely poor level of service they are providing. For the longest time I asked them if they were actually part of Carefirst/BCBS and they would never give me a straight answer. Well now I see the problem. They are a total third party who will deny you legitimate coverage, drive you nuts by making you call them repeatedly to fix their issue that and not perform their work as promised. They deny you for covered services. On the phone on numerous occasions they have said to me that "this was a mistake and we will care take of it" and then they do nothing. They will tell you that they will give you a call and update you on the status of you inquiry and they never do. From the call agents to all the way up to the managers they are all irresponsible and lie to you over and over and over again. Now that I know this is a complete third party agent mismanaging the CF Administrator account I will make a call to BCBS and file a compliant. and I will drop their crappy service as soon as I the chance to do so. Bye Bye. You are not getting my money next year.

Cannot get through on the phone regarding claims and how to send the information they requested to them. I never want to deal with this company as a provider again! Horrible customer service.

Some customer representatives are really rude and lack of profession. And no way to write compliant about doctor who are their providers. I would never go with them again.
